STITCH & BITCH 1: Art's Role in Activism with Rachel Gilbert
The first topic is Art's Role in Activism, with guest speaker Rachel Gilbert. This session will be presented in partnership with Eastern Edge.
Rachel Gilbert (she/her) has been engaged in Newfoundland and Labrador’s arts and culture sector, with a focus on equity, anti-racism, and education, since 2021. Her commitment to inclusivity is reflected in her community volunteering and her current Master’s studies, which focus on advancing equitable policy change and employment practices within the sector and beyond.
